Students can use their assigned test code to either create a new account or log into an existing one at https://hisetopt.essentialed.com/hiset-opt.

To create a new account:

1. Select Create Account.

2. Complete the Test Taker form with the required information.

3. Click CREATE ACCOUNT.

This will direct students to the HiSET® OPT homeroom, where they can choose their preferred language and select the subject they wish to test in.

For returning students:

1. Click Log In.

2. Enter the registered email address and password.

3. Click LOG IN.

This will direct students to the HiSET® OPT homeroom, where they can choose their preferred language, enter new test codes, and select the subject they wish to test in.
