Why aren't the lessons and quizzes loading?

There could be a number of reasons why your lessons or quizzes aren’t loading properly or quickly. Follow these steps to make sure you have the best experience:

  1. Check to see if you have a strong internet connection.
  2. Access your internet using a browser that best supports our courses.
  3. Clear your web browser history and cache.
  4. Restart your computer.
  5. Sign in again and try the lesson or quiz once more.
