Why does it say my email/password was not found?

If aren’t able to log in to your account after entering your email address and/or password, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure that you are entering your email address correctly, especially if it contains repeated characters, numbers, or special characters. Also, double check your spelling, punctuation, and spacing.
  2. Check if you’ve received an email from Essential Education notifying you that your account information was changed.
  3. Make sure you are on the correct log in page: www.essentialed.com/students/log-in
